Verizon Wireless is ripping people off in their Broadband / Internet Data overcharges! They are currently charging data at odd times of the day when you are either sleeping ( 3 to 4 am) or at work between 7:30-4:30pm. There customer service is absolutely the worse! They will keep you on hold for hours on end, expecting for you to hang up!
I called several times to get an explanation on the overcharges and was told that I am wrong and they cannot do anything about it. In 2 days, i was charged 10GB worth of Data during the time I was at work. They claimed that I was secretly using the device and/ or left it on downloading different types of programs, which is absurb! The best they could do was provide a $10 credit to my next bill. When i complained and told I wanted to cancelled, they put me on hold for 2 hours and would not let me cancel the account! For the past 5 months I have been paying over $250 in charges that Verizon did not want to take a look at.
Everyone should be aware! They do this every 4-5 months and pretend its you who is using the data, when in fact the system is duplicating charges and billing you for it.

If you are having this many issues with Virzon file with the AG, BBB, or file a dispute with your bank on the charges. If this does not work find another carrier.
