Did you ever look at your bills when you got them? You would have seen what your plan entailes. If you extended your plan, then your features and minutes will be the same as when you started your contract. If your original contract says 1000 minutes, then you can have the bill corrected. If not....sorry. What did you do about the Early Termination fee? Im sorry you had a bad experience, but in all honesty you may need to do a little homework first. If its the company's error, Im sure they will take care of it. Good luck
