Verizon They are liars and thieves Internet, Arizona
I signed up for a $39.95 monthly service plan and received a bill for over $100. I tried calling verizon but they told me they really did not care and hung up on me.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and a woman named Jeanette Fitzgerald told them they were fixing it and credited the bill back to $45.00
Now month 2 the bill comes and it is for over $80 for my $39.95 paln.
As you might expect. no Jeanette Fitzgerald, this was just a name some one made up to get the BBB off their back.
I started again with one of the "helpful " reps who told me if I did not like I should go back to the BB or go F myself.
I am again contacting the BBB and a attorney.
Be warned VERIZON is a bunch of theives and liars.
Who knows if there really is a Jeanette Fitzgerald or if she is a employee of theirs but i sure got ripped off.
