Vernon Foster - Foster Realty Rental Ripoff Kinston North Carolina
Do not rent or buy from these ripoff artists. I rented a home for 3 yrs paid my rent on time every month and when I moved they stole my security deposit of $750 dollars. I have nieghbors ups men and friends that will tell you I left the property in better shape than i found it. Some of the things claimed by Foster Realty were the lawn was not cut yet I paid and have a statement fom my landscaper that says different. They also want me to pay for painting the inside when the lease says I was not allowed to paint,.
The carpet was old and worn so my wife and I used area rugs where necessary but when I moved they charged ne 1700 to replace whole carpet.
While my son and I moved the furniture my wife stayed behind rented a carpet cleaner and scrubed all the floors and walls the place was left spotless.
I was shocked when Foster Realty sent me a bill for over $2000 for cleaning painting etc.
