STIPULATED FACTS
Since 2005, Amy Pasco has worked for Respondent as a paralegal.
Amy Pasco agreed to marry Hao Wang, an alien from China, in exchange for a fee.
Respondent paid Ms. Pasco $7,000 to marry Mr. Wang.
Ms. Pasco admitted that her marriage to Mr. Wang was a sham and that the only purpose of the marriage was to aid Mr. Wang's immigration case.
Respondent violated RPC 8.4(c) by paying Ms. Pasco and assisting Mr. Wang in immigration fraud ( a violation of Section 245(a) of the immigration and Nationality Act).
