Versailles On The Lakes Apartments In Schaumburg,IL DO NOT MOVE HERE ! NO MATTER WHAT Schaumburg Illinois
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS DUMP..
They offer 1 free month for a 12 month lease.As you know, there is no free lunch..They have a beautiful brand new club house.Built about 1 yr ago..That is it.Unless you are going to live in the clubhouse.STAY AWAY..I moved in June..The air condition went out for 3 days in the hottest of the days in July..Ive been 2 days with out water..They called it a emergency. Unacceptable..The walls are paper thin.I hear all the neighbors on all sides.Im on the 1st floor.I also hear when someone pulls in the under ground garage. Ridiculous. They sale pitch you like its a fantastic apt..Absolutely not..Its $10- less a month than my last apt.My last apt was 20 times nicer & never had any type of problem..There are many bugs & spiders..A family of skunks live outside the back door..They have free coffee in the clubhouse.They were out 3 weeks in a row last month..Now they police it..1 cup a day.So if you have a wife or girlfriend,bring her with you,because you cant take 2 back by yourself.They are slum lords..And i pay $1050 /mo.for a small 1 bedroom..Its not that expensive,but no way close to being worth it..
