I was finally able to contact the company Versatile Marketing Solutions, Inc out of Warwick Rhode Island (401-434-4585) and told me that they have nothing to do with my account that they only take orders for installations for Monitronics which I believe has an office in Dallas Texas. I had a system installed on Sept 29th 2010. The account which was set up in my name only because my wife and I are seperated because of my mental disability. I opened a bank account only to pay for the alarm system and is only used for this purpose. The installer would not come into my house to install the system but said he would install it in the house next door at my wife's house and that he would show me how to install the wireless door contact and I could put that at my door. I have only a cell phone as I need a lifeline because of also having asthma and am diabetic. When I signed up for the service I specified that I need an alarm system that should be wireless because I live in the river bottoms and landline service is iffy at the most. They set me up with the Simon XT system that I was told had that capability but it seems was never installed. The installer hooked it up to Graces phone service which she was in the process of dis-continuing as of the middle of November. Shortly after that she had me remove the alarm system because it kept her up nights because of its beeping every minute. I have contacted Monitronics twice before. The first getting a phone number from the installing company and the second trying to resolve the no wireless module and no keypad at my doorway being installed problem. I have paid every month while trying to get this problem resolved but it seems nobody wants to take the blame for the faulty installation issue. I'm quite sure that these companies record the conversations about these installations and somebody needs to review my conversation for the fact that this installation was supposed to be wireless. I am not paying another $300 for the missing module or another $8 a month to use that module as that wasn't what I ordered.
