We had this company at work and on my end all the information was filled out correctly. After a CPA looked at the W2 he noticed that the state taxes weren’t taken out after a week and multiple phone calls they finally agreed to send former w2 it was revealed they incorrectly took out taxes cause me a 5,000 tax bill!!
They didn’t care AT ALL. That’s literally what they’re being paid to do and they don’t care about messing with other people’s money or doing their job correctly. Thank god we have another company to use now. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST.
