I am the Order Manager. There is nothing in our data base matching any information supplied in this "complaint". Virtually all European orders are handed over to our distributor in Frankfurt, Germany who receives bulk freight every 30 to 45 days on average and maintains an inventory. Given the vagueness, I.E. what method of payment ?, what was ordered ?, and the "1 week delivery" statement suggests a fictional report. The person who wrote this has no knowledge of international freight. A week contains 5 business days. Even the fastest air international express shipping still must clear customs and be delivered by local service. The cost would be staggering to attempt an international delivery in such short time and that cost would far exceed the cost of any item ordered.
