Aldin Euler of Myrtle Beach, SC ordered as a business and was shipped by Lonestar Caliper Company a 1965 - 1982 Corvette O-Ring Caliper kits which were received. Euler entered two orders, one for the front only and later another kit for the rear. His "Cores" , ( old calipers), he shipped to Lonestar Caliper, not to us.
One month after receipt of parts Euler did a chargeback through his bank claiming "not receiving anything". His bank would not accept UPS's statement of receipts - P.O.D.'s. Euler did however keep all merchandise. Euler was placed into a collection agency. His complaint followed that collection placement. Euler's collection file is most colorful giving three different versions of events and none could be supported by documents.
All our caliper assemblies were handled by Lonestar beginning in 2004 as our production moved into driveline material. The only calipers Lonestar handles are Corvette calipers. From 1965 through 1982 corvettes all front and rear calipers are identical as are the flex lines and pads and other parts. Euler's wrong parts statement is complete rubbish.
There are no complaints with the BBB.

RE: Aldin Euler A.K.A. Al's Corvettes I am the person who authorized Mr. Euler's verbal orders to be filled. Mr. Euler placed orders under his personal name and under the name of Al's Corvettes. Mr. Euler received two orders. The e-mails that Mr. Euler claims to have sent are not in our system. The calls from Mr. Euler concerned order modifications. All Corvette caliper castings from 1965 to 1982 are fully interchangeable as are the pads and flex lines. The merchandise was correct. After the initial order was entered Mr. Euler changed order options. Options are offered on most packages. We are a manufacturer not a catalog warehouse, packages are assembled to order, and changes will cause delays. Mr. Euler received all merchandise he ordered via Fed Ex # 067477461030856; UPS # 1Z7448YE0342856607 AND 1Z67992W0368331238; DHL # 2526442153 and 24233015251. Fed Ex and UPS maintain track numbers for eighteen months; DHL must be asked verbally after ninety days. Mr. Euler is in receipt of all merchandise. Mr. Euler did not pay for any merchandise. Mr. Euler willfully accepted all deliveries for both himself and Al's Corvettes. Mr. Euler did not refuse any delivery, nor did he call the carrier to return to sender as refused. Either of these actions would cost nothing and could have been done even two weeks after delivery. We have correspondence sent to us from Mr. Euler's bank where he states he "received no deliveries". The banks response to us was that even though the carriers show good deliveries to Mr. Euler's residence, and that was also his card billing address, he did not sign for the deliveries. The bank returned all of Mr. Euler's funds and Mr. Euler kept the merchandise. After three months on attempting to negotiate with Mr. Euler he was placed into collection. YCS LLC in New York handles this collection. Presently this collection will be in court in South Carolina, freight carriers will have representatives present. I am very surprised that Mr. Euler admits here that he received merchandise, this is in direct contradiction to the signed statement he gave his bank. All correspondence to and from Mr. Euler's bank is available, as is the correspondence to and from the freight carriers. I may be reached at: [email protected] for any of these documents. However: home address, all personal information, card numbers etc. will be blocked out. Regards, Caroline Order Manager
