I ordered their corvette caliper kit on the 24 of June 2006. They charged my account the same day, but failed to deliver the merchandise. I called weekly and received the standard reply, the shipment is on the way. It was only when I threatened to involve my credit card company that they actually paid attention. I finally received my parts in October-4 months after they charged my credit card account. Why didn't I cancel the order? They sent my half my order the first week, but didn't send the calipers until October.

The real rip off occured in November. I called about getting my core refund. They told me to send them directly to Lone Star calipers and I would get my refund. I sent them to Lone Star and they confirmed receipt by November. By mid-December, I still hadn't received my core refund. I called vettepartsonline.com and got the same old story, " the check is in the mail." I called very 2-4 weeks for 4 months and the story was always the same, " the check is in the mail." It is now a year later and I still haven't received my refund.

Don't believe me, check their better business bureau profile- they are listed as a company NOT to do business with.

Vetterpartsonline.com will rip you off.
