You want to know why I wrote what I did? Well, it's really simple... it's because I love my cat! Why does that bother you so much? As a fellow animal lover, I would think you would put your personal feelings aside and be happy that I purchased a cat from an abuser (as you refer to her), and have saved and loved my cat for over 7 years.
I don't get your world of cat breeding and huge ego's because my cat is a pet. I am sorry if you found my rebuttal offensive; it was not against you, but rather, a second opinion from someone who has found great joy from her cat purchased from Vialet's Russian Blues.
If it make you feel satisfied to continue your dark, villiainous ways...continue on, but please understand that I had a good experience with Ms. Brewer and have a wonderful, healthy cat - and you cannot take that away from me!

II do not understand this poster's suggestion or sentiments to give this breeder a try to get a kitten. How do you recommend a breeder that has been condemned and charged with animal neglect? Further, why would you suggest this breeder when the top 3 cat associations have permanently banned her from their association and showing?
There are reputable breeders in California and I suggest any person who is wanting a healthy Russian Blue to contact Donna Fulller who is a judge and breeder and is well established in the Russian Blue community.
Puppy and kitten mills have to be stopped. They are in humane and if you are animal advocate, heed these reviews and find a reputable breeder for a Russian Blue.

I can confirm that statements in this report are true in another, separate, instance in 2010 of Vicki Brewer selling a Russian Blue cat with a chronic sickness and suffering from poor nutrition. The cat in question is now safe in a loving home that can care for its chronic condition and it can live a beautiful life. One would have hoped that this breeder would get out of the business, but somehow is stil allowed to have animals in her home and breed and sell russian blues. They should be banned from owning pets, and I would not reccomend that anyone get a cat from this cattery. Do your research on the breed, talk with other breeders and the Breed associations, and make your choices wisely.

I cannot comment on this rip off report because I do not have any information regarding these allegations, but I can comment on my personal experience with Ms. Brewer and the kitten I purchased from this cattery well over 7 years ago. Not only is he healthy (I have had NO health problems whatsoever in the past 7 years), but he is also a very intelligent cat who has exhibited nothing but that of a cat from a loving and nuturing environment. I have owned many cats and never had one with this much confidence and trust in human beings. Everybody loves my boy and he loves everybody. That is not an accident. He has no health issues, not even a single urinary tract infection. Nothing! I would most definitely purchase another kitten from Ms. Brewer and would recommend others interested in a Russian Blue to disregard this report and give her and her beautiful Russian Blue kittens a chance.
