Vicki Smith/Elon Property Management UNPROFESSIONAL/NASTY/RUDE Miamisburg OHIO
Vicki Smith is a horrible property manager and Elon Property Management needs to beware. She harrasses the residents to death but then she thinks it is a good idea to put down the company she works for with residents. She goes as far to tell residents that everyone she works with hates her and they are all out to get her including the owners. For a resident that doesn't go far or say much. I didn't renew because I got tired of her walking the property and looking in my windows and just looking for things to harras residents about.
I referred a friend before I realized she wasn't a real PM, when she was moving them in she was telling them the company hated her because they stuck her at the ghetto property and allowed the previous property manager and leasing consultant to go door to door and tell all the residents to give the new property manager hell so she will quit.... WHAT??? Truly unprofessional, she is here all the time sitting in her car or just walking around.
The office door is usually closed. She is so negative, about the apartments too. She is just awful she ran off our maintenance guy we never saw him. She is death to a property be free of her... Take this as a warning she is rough on her company and residents but can't get the landscapers to do crap. Worthless... Run if you here this name.
