VICTOR CHEMERISOV - PUPPYROOM KENNEL FRAUDULENT NY- FRENCH BULL DOG BREEDER SCAM ARTIST CROOK BROOKLYN New York
In March, 2004 my husband and I wished to purchase a French Bull dog. I searched to find what I thought were reputable breeders. Pictures of the puppies available were on this website. Please note that Victor has been able to advertise on the Yahoo site even after they had been notified that he was a crook. I have since contacted the people....noone has gotten back to me.
Victor originally wanted $1,000.00 for the puppy... he very amicably agreed to $900.00. He told me that if I sent him the money via Western Union, he would send us the puppy "THE SAME DAY"........Thank God...Western Union refused to send our money to him as they said there were problems. They didn't tell me what the problem was, just that they refused to send Victor the money.
I sent Victor an e-mail...he advised me that he had NO IDEA what the problem might be but that I could send a money order to his "Business Address". Foolishly, I sent him a money order-"next/day/air....he sure has the knack to gain your confidence.
When I didn't hear from Victor the next day, I got back on-line to search the advertisement and when I did.....I this time noticed The RIP-OFF reports filed against this scam artist.
I nearly had a heart attack!!! Anyway, I tried to contact Victor via phone, e-mail several times the next few days.....he refused to get in touch with me. I was able to get the correct phone number for Marina (where Victor actually lives) from information. I was also able to confirm that there is no business address for Global Travel at the address he gives you.
I have since filed a complain with the IFCC/FBI who have sent my complaint on to the Attorney General's Office in PA.
I sent information to the AKC letting them know that Victor is using the AKC to let people think that he is a reputable breeder.
They were not interested in doing anything about this scam artist. Supposedly this is not "their job."
I was able to stop-payment on my money order before Victor was able to cash it.......Lady luck was on our side!!!! We moved fast on this when we read all the rip-off reports.
So, we are out the $20.00 it took us to over-nite our payment.... but our hearts ache for all the puppies who are being mistreated(if they ever do exist). We are willing to talk to anyone else about this scam artist....can you believe, the original rip-off report was dated April of 2003 for a no-show sale dated November, 2002. It is now well into 2004 and the rip-off continues. How many more people must be hurt? This needs to be stopped!!!!!!!!
