Beware of Victor Lopez and Associates/Jose Aponte
This man is a con artist and will bilk you for every penny! He sold loan modifcations with illegal upfront fees while severly understaffed, knowing the files could not be modified on time. He had no clue what it took to open a legitimate business and did not care. The only thing he cared about was making money.
If he is currrently representing the company as having an attorney on staff, ask who he or she may be. As far as I know, there has not been one for a while. His staff tried many times to advise him not to take on new business untill the old business was taken care of properly,to no avail. He said that the Attorney General gave him six months, so the only thing he wanted was new business.
I guess he feels that he deserves to live in a fine home,drive a Mercedes & Land Rover,eat out,and go to daily happy hour,while taking customers money and writing bad payroll checks. If you were an employee check with the IRS to make sure the deductions were actually paid. www.irs.gov
