Purchased a 52inch LCD TV in November 2009. Decided I didn't want to keep it so I returned it after a couple of weeks (12/17/2009). Everything was still in the original factory packaging so they to the merchandise back and said my credit card would be credited. Over 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund to be credited to my account. I will never set foot in a Video Only store again after this experience.

You are correct. It is the BBB and NOT Consumer Reports that was referenced. But that would have been obvious if you followed the link.
Your experience with these guys at your location might have been good, I am happy for you. I just hope you don't ever have to return anything. 30 days to get my account credited? When it takes < 1 day for them to charge my account? My bank told me to dispute the lack of credit after 3 days.
Anyway, there are plenty of other complaints about these guys and their return policies and procedures. I just wanted to have mine known.

The BBB has absolutely nothing to do with Consumer Reports. Consumer Reports scores Video Only very highly in their electronic retailer ratings.
I purchased a TV at a local Video Only, and was very pleased with my purchase. When it comes time to upgrade it this year, I will visit Video Only. If they can compete with Costco, they will get my business.
If they're doing a credit card refund, it can take up to 30 days. Have you called or spoken with them to find out the status?
