I ordered two movies through E-Bay the seller was Video Planet. I had ordered them on December 12th of last year and was told that I would probably not get them for Christmas. I was a little disapointed but understood and gave the paper slips with the order in a card and gave that as a gift. I expeted them by mid January that came and went.

When I inquired about the movies I was told to wait that they were in the mail. So I waited and when they hadn't come by Febuary 6th I wrote a letter saying that I wanted my money back. The said that though the believe I never got the movies and that they were probably lost in the mail and could not be tracked that the only solution they had was to send them more money (half the cost of the movies) then they would send me replacements. They also said I declined insurance but I never got that option so I lose $36.76 and they want more than that from me.

So now I get to go out and spend more money on the movies and pay full price which is what I should have done in the first place. I have learned a valuebale lesson never buy things on the internet it is just not worth the pain and suffering. I am now going to go and get late Christmas gifts
