The following is an actual email corrospondence with the Video prfessor Customer Setrvice Dept.

I called on April 3,2009 to request a RA on excel program. I wanted to preempt the billing for the course. I was told by your CSR that I had through April 10,2009 to do so prior to being billed for it.

Uncomfortable with waiting until the last minute I called on April 4, 2009 to again request the RA. I could not get through even though it was much earlier than your closing hours. I therefore emailed the request on April 4, 2009.

I was mailed the response below on April 6, 2009. When I got my CC statement I was disappointed to see that your company had put the charge through against my instruction on April 4,2009. I returned the requested DVD as per the instruction on April 7,2009.

After waiting 21 business days to reflect a credit to my account I called your customer service number on May 6,2009 to follow up. I was told the first request was put through. Then after being put on hold at the request of your CSR, I was told I had been issued a "priority" credit request that would take 5 business days to go through for the amount of $189.95(#8340453).

I requested that he rescind the new credit request, so I could pursue a credit card dispute. He told me he couldn't. What liberties your company takes once you have a persons credit card number. We consumers follow your policies when we try your substandard product(40% inoperable), and you do not follow your own refund

policies.

IT IS NOW MAY 17,2009 AND NO REFUND BEEN ISSUED BY YOUR COMPANY. I will be disputing this charge and any accrued interest with my credit card company, and then post this incident report to RIPPOFFREPORT.COM .

BUYER BEWARE,VIDEO PROFESSOR IS A SCAM. You can't get one lesson for just $6.95 shipping and handling.
