I thought it was free also with exception of the shipping charge. They popped me a month later for the 'free' one and then sent me a second one, popping me again for $79+. When I called, I was told it was too late to get a refund on either. I had already sent the second one back, bit the bullet on the first one. It wasn't until I told them 'fine, I will just dispute it through my credit card company that they refunded me the cost of the second one. If you used a credit card, I would contact your service and file a dispute. Good Luck ~jennifer
