Video Proffessor .com RIPOFF FRAUDULENT, Screw The American Consumer, Lie to your face Dishonest Company Denver Colorado
On November 4th I recieved a free trial of the Video Proffessor Crap. On the 18th of November I left a message with them on there website instucting them that I was returning there product and no longer wanted there service. On the 21st of November I contacted them by phone and talked to a reresentative cancelling my free trial and that I was sending there product back to them. The company REP. Verified my cancellation.
The very next day on the 22nd of november Video Proffessor went ahead and withdrew $79.95 out of my bank account. When I discovered what they did, I contacted them right away and a company REP. Apologized and told me that the company would give ma a refund within 7-10 days. After 10 days was up, I still had no refund.
I called them up again and this time I was told that it would be 10-15 days before I would get a refund. I have called numerous times, and still I haven't recieved the refund I was promised. It is now the evening of the 19th of december, and still no refund. WHAT ?? Do I have to get an ATTORNEY? I will let you know if I ever get my refund.
I am getting tired of all the BULL !!! And I am seriously thinking of getting an Attorney soon if I don't get my refund soon. WARNING - WARNING - If you read this, then DON"T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM VIDEOPROFFESSOR !! IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE HIS COMPANY GO BANKRUPT AND OUT OF BUSINESS FOREVER IF THATS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND DO BUSINESS !
