Before you purchase web design are hire Vikram Parmar as a freelancer to do wordpress for you are help you with your web design etc; you better do your ressearch. He says, "I can craft your PSD into a Great HTML5 or WORDPRESS Responsive website . Yes i do E-commerce site with Payment integration module." It would be a wise idea for you to scour the internet and learn more about him, start by searching this website for smartvmp. He runs a very bad website that has many people up in arms, one of those defamation websites that lable people as scams etc.
He outs himself as a FREELANCER and can be be found on freelancer.com as a WORD PRESS PRO and SEO
He operates ( Thesmartvmp.com ) and ( Smartvmp.com) these are his two websites however the others he runs are very vile and nasty and harm alot of people you will have to do your own research to find them it should not be hard.
He has been harming alot of people with those websites.

He could care less about how much harm he is doing to Americans with his other scam website. He could care less.
He is NOT in the United States he is in India.

AHMEDABAD: Central Bureau of Investigation arrested two men - Rajusingh Mallik alias Rajeev and Vikram Parmar - for allegedly conducting fraudulent 'recruitments' in the name of the CBI. After their arrest, a special CBI team from Delhi produced the duo in a local court, which granted transit remand on Monday. CBI booked Mallik and Parmar for criminal conspiracy, cheating and under Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act.
According to case details, Mallik who is a coaching centre owner, and Parmar, a final-year BTech student, are accused of amassing huge amounts of money by duping job aspirants. They allegedly started a recruitment racket offering jobs by using a fake website 'www.cbirecindia.com', which is identical to the official CBI website, and advertised jobs ranging from sweeper to inspector in the central agency.
This website was created by using a proxy server to conceal the identity of the domain registrant, the CBI has alleged in its FIR. Through advertisements, the duo demanded a minimum application fee of Rs 250 for a sweeper's job, while the highest was for the inspector - Rs 1,500. Applicants were asked to deposit the money in a bank account. CBI came to know about the scam and registered a case on March 3. CBI stated that searches were conducted at Ahmedabad and resulted in the recovery of several documents, including digital evidence linking the accused with the hosting of the fake website and receipt of money.

Vikram Parmar is a web developer and SEO Executive in Ahmedabad, India.
His brother's name is Dr. Vakhat Parmar he runs his own medical clinic in India.
Vikram Parmar was under investigation for criminal extortion and blackmail as late as January 19th 2017.
He runs a very bad website but if you search this site for smartvmp or you will see it.
The website has made alot of American's angry as well as Indians and thus the criminal extortion and blackmail investigations.
He does freelance work on freelancer.com and upwork.com he may be involved in other types of work.
I am uploading some very interesting screen captures I have found a couple of pictures of him.
