On March 24, 2014 I went to vincheckpro.com website and ordered a 2002 Toyota Tundra report using that truck's VIN number and entered in my contact info and my credit card number.  After the transaction was finished, it stated I would receive the report at my email address within the next 5-10 minutes.  I waited about 30-45 minutes, nada. 

Therefore, I had to login into to my account and click on view your report.  The report was on a BMW car that I had not ordered.  I emailed their customer support email at [email protected] and got a bounced email.  Also I had called their 888 number, left a voice mail and never received a phone or email. 

As a last resort, I emailed and threatened to file a fraudulent report and file a claim on my company credit card (which I did).  Only after the threatening email, I received an email 2 days later, stating that the correct 2002 Tundra report was now in my vincheckpro.com account.  Well, a little too late now.  

Because of this lame duck fraud I have experienced, I didn't purchase the truck and am now looking for other online car fax report companies that offer low prices and better customer service.

Please stay clear of this punk company, it will save you a headache in the end.  Look and read about the other customer who lost $13.95 for his bad fraudulent experience.
