WHAT A RIPOFF I try the membership out, which was on a trial basic(30 DAYS),MEANING MONEY BACK GUARANTEED i paid $19 bucks for shipping(SOFTWARE) i was sent a log in which i did USE. The next day i was charged $97 i call immediately and complained... i was told it's because... I SIGNED IN. and If i read the same print it, say it will charge me $97 for login in... here is a copy of the email, instructing me to return the item to get my refund back...and please look at the dates and todays date.

You can re-read that page if you would like to see what you chose to order. The $19.99 would not have given you online access which we can see by your two logins into the online system that you have already utilized. We will be happy to cancel all pending payments for you upon your return of the program to us. You may do so to the address I provided you below.
