I enrolled in a 1-year Premium Membership + Vehicle Histroy Report for a one time fee of $12.95. I attempted to login after using the membership one time and got a error message saying that the password was in correct. I then attempted to reset the password several times that read "A new password was sent to your email account". I never received an email from Vincheckpro after trying this several times.
I went onto their support page (they do not have a contact phone number) and entered my information to them requesting to be contacted by them either email or phone. At no time did I ever receive anything back from them. This day I still cannot log in or get a response from these people after taking my money.

i did subcribe here in oakville ontario canada to the basic membership to find out what happen to my car that i had an accident with ??? nothing shows on the report it does list the car but shows no problem found with the car??? i totalled the care about 2 months ago how inacurate is this web site ,,, we are paying for inacuracy. i did like the gentlemen on this website and try conatcting them no luck to get someone on the phone and the only answer i got was from an email to tell me that they changed my password i could logged back in ??? they are obvioulsy not reading what i told them about its not an logging isssue its an accuracy issue ,,, i want my money back which like they say dream on so much to trust new website on internet anyway i thought i d pass this on so other consumer. do not make the same mistake do not buy any checkvinpro product they are inacurate and a rippoff thanks regards from oakville ontario canada
