Further to my response about this problem with the order's shipping and handling rate, we will be happy to still send the magazine at the advertised rate. The reason the order was not processed was because we received several angry emails as well as a paypal dispute claim before we were able to even respond to the customer's concern (less than 24 hours).
If the customer is amicable and still wants the order he may contact us and we will ship accordingly.

William DeNoyelles is the customer here, not Robert Adams.
Mr. DeNoyelles ordered a magazine and had several options to pay, not just one as he claims. He used the online order form and did not wait for any confirmation and immediately sent paypal payment on his own. The s/h methods in the website were designed for records (our main business), not magazines. I replied promptly that the item was in stock and would be shipped by media mail and not priority mail, this is true. It is more work to ship magazines to secure them properly in an oversized package.
The next day I received at least 4 emails from him, very rude and offensive in nature disparaging my company, me and our business practices. He did not even give me a chance to reply and explain the s/h or make any compensations for him. He was very rude and unnecessarily angry. I immediately went to paypal and refunded him in full and wrote him back asking him not to harrass us anymore.
Mr. DeNoyelles is an abusive customer in my experience, and we prefer to work with friendly people and are more than happy to arrange any transaction to a customers satisfaction. Being in business for over 18 years, we have a stellar record of customer service and have never even once experienced anything like this. Anyone reading this is more than welcome to call me anytime and I will be happy to help them to find rare recordings. We are a friendly honest company and prefer to work with customers the same way.
