Complaint Review: VIOLATIONINFO.COM - Temple AZ 85285

I got a "Ticket" from this "company", turns out the City of arlington Texas send me a ticket for running a Yellow light " I kept going when the light was yellow instead of stoping, how could have known that in the next 2 seconds the light was going to turn red, and I was going to have my picture taken and that would be set me back 75 dollars ( I get pay 80 a day so that kind of money means food, rent and gas money)

Anyways, I like to have my name clean, So there I was, staring at this paper that have my name held at ramson, Do I pay it? Do I let it go and have my good name dragged in the mud?

My mistake was trying to put 25 dollars into my account so it dont get so low and I get stuck with 30 dollars penalty for overdrafts, but instead of 30 dollars, I got stuck with 75 dollars "fine".

Well, I'm a good person, (or I try to be) so I decided to pay off my fine, disputing it with the city would be worse, phone calls, court dates, missing days of work etc, etc.  I mailed the check 3 days BEFORE due date, the mail should have it there by due date, so I figure it is going to be OK, but Surprise! they sended me another bill and in the mean time they helped themselves and added me 25 dollars extra for "Late payment"  I was so mad that I went in the internet and pay the hundred dollars with my credit card and that got taken out of my account but then they company  procesed thecheck  payment like 8 days later .

I went to the city website but they dont have a phone number so we, the resident of the cities can speak to the city workers that we pay with our taxas, Surprise, surprise, they dont have a phone number , they just have a number for the website in arizona, call them and the manu plays back to back but never can reach a human being, (cutting cost strategy) Supsecuelly I called the police departament and got the Secret phone number for this City of arlington, texas police departamen Automatic red light enforcement.

I talked to a woman as she said, we recived your request for a refund, and you will have it a couple of weeks.

This program is the worse violation of civil rights I guess if we cut a couple departament in the city, and lower the mayor and city workers salary, we wont need to have to hire a nationwide compay to give out 90 thousand tickets, just to have 40% of them payed and then having to hire a Automatic red light enforsament departament AND  collection company to collect on the unpaid bills.

Republican in the state of texas say they want smaller goverments,but they just do the oposite and texas have the worse schools, No health care for the childrens and pregnact women, dismay workers rights right to vote.

So this city hired a company from arizona, but you also get bills from ohio.

In some states they cant force you to pay, so payment is opcional, but in some others they put a hold in your registration and a scrow so when u renew your licence plates, you have to pay.

The city have a new ATMS on top of the traffic lights and we te residents of the city have to cough up the money for their lifestyles.
