You did request your refund and it is grossley overdue, we sincerly appologize with our only excuse being we are human and do make mistakes. I have made sure that your refund has went in the mail and for your records is check # 15223 and should arrive to you by early next weeks.
As for your phone calls, we are an extremly busy office and sometimes it can be challeging getting through to us, even once someone has sent you to the correct department. We'd also like to appologize in that aspect, in the future, we do return all phone calls if you would simply like to leave us a message.
Again I do sincerely appologize, it was never that we didn't want to return your money, it was truly just a mistake on our part. You should have your refund very shortly, and we again appologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
