Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Vrgin mobile no contrac phone company is keeping credit card you pay your bill with on file and charging them your monthly fees without your premission. Then they won't give you credit back and say you went online and paid your bill.

They won't remove the card even after they tell you they have, and next month I paid with another card and they still process payment through the card they keep on file. So im getting double charged, and they won't pay me overdraft fees that I accured from them doing this. They wont resolve these issues they hang up on you and won't let you take to supervisor, or when you do get to speak one, they tell you it takes 7-10 to put money back into account and they won't give fees back. I have text messages from them telling me they charged my card on file.  I have filed complaint with bbb and they fail to help customer as well. these companies are a ripp off! Im taking them to court

This is a rebuttal to the man, that thinks he knows so much! This is a none contract phone "Pay as you go"

That don't have the right to double charge me in a month, and they don't have the right to process my paymet without approval from me! So I don't know were you getting your information from. But they actions are unlawful!

Go for it. TRY and take them to court. See when you "paid your bill online" you ACTUALLY enrolled in the auto pay program. By doing this YOU agreed that THEY could debit the amount you owe. SO when YOU take THEM to court, THEy are going to present evidence that YOU cyber agreed to all of this. THEN you will have to pay ALL associated legal fees because YOU will lose the case. Odds are that YOU DID NOT READ what YOU were agreeing to. THAT is NOT Virgins fault, THAT is on YOU for NOT doing even the most BASIC of skills. Virgin IS NOT going to give you back overdraft fees, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that any monies YOU have earmarked are there for those auto paid debts. PLEASE try and take them to court!!!! Then when its all over feel free to hop on RoR and give us all an update on how badly YOU screwed yourself over.
