I order the TNT Kyocera on Virgin Mobile Website it's on sale for 14.99 was charge 16.23 on my card stated would recieve the phone in 3-5days well i received the phone on the 21st of July. I used the webiste to activate the phone because they give a 20$ credit to do so I activated the phone received a telephone and a confirmation number and was told to get the phone and activate by using ##847446# a screen came up asked if i wanted to activate my phone then asked if i wanted another number then stated to contact a "Live Advisor" . So I called i was told that the serial number would not found they were unable to find the phone with the number the website gave me and stated will need to put a ticket in for corp to fix it's a technical issue or "system issue" and assured me this would take 24hrs also that i would be compensated time for this issue it's now JUlY 24 2009 and 6:33pm and they are still unable to fix this issue it went from 24 hours to 3 days and they are still having system issue they are updating need to call back in hour. this is what we are told every time we call this is "CRAZY!!!!!! i even spoke with a Supervisor name Felicia she stated it will be 24hours this was on 21st they are just saying things to get me off the phone or they just hang up because they don't know what to tell me because they have no clue what's going on either.
