Virgin Mobile USA VM Crap Phones, Crap, Hard to Understand Customer Service & Empty Promises! Warren, New Jersey
I am SO tired of Virgin Mobile!
They are full of nothing but cheap phones and lies! I am paying for the $25/mo plan that includes unlimited internet, but have not had this unlimited internet for 10 days now! (Since Jan 15) I am a full time student, so having mobile internet is very important! I have called and called them about this matter, but they have yet to fix it! I've been bounced around from rep to rep, hung up on, lied to about being called back.. The first 5 or 6 times I called, all they could tell me was to "turn your phone off, remove the battery, wait a few seconds, put it back in and restart your phone" as if a 3rd grader wouldn't have already tried this a million times by now. Really, Virgin Mobile? That's the extent of your "technical support"?? Fail.
So after me getting pissed SO many times and SO many days, they finally come to the conclusion that something has gone wrong between their network and my phone. On Jan 18, they "ordered" me a replacement phone, as luckily mine was still under warranty. Said it would be here in 1-3 business days. Ok, so now 6 business days later, what's the holdup?? I called once again today, and guess what? "I am sorry, but something went wrong with your order and it was never shipped." Are you serious?? So they never called or emailed to let me know this, I had to come digging around on my own. So I have gone a total of 10 days without a service that I have been paying for all along, and the best they tell me is "I'm sorry, but we can't offer you any refund if you have used more than 50 minutes." Of course I have used more than 50 minutes, I'm 25 days into my 30 day plan!!
I am so over this company.. I want my phone or I want my money back, you cheap b**tards!!
