There must be no such thing as customer service at Virgin Mobile. I had to hang up on "customer service" of Virgin Mobile USA after 2 hours of dealing with their BS on how they can't take back a brand new phone if it's after 14 days (their policy). The phone was a present from my dad to my daughter-she received it April 2. It's been less than 30 days. She has been with the company for years. But this phone was too complicated-she couldn't use it and stuck it back in the box. I assumed she was going to handle the return. I also assumed she had 30 days to do it. She is a teenager and either lost track of time or assumed I was doing it. The supervisor on the other end of the line was the 2nd. After the first supervisor was in the middle of making a deal with me, the call dropped and the second supervisor was a big jerk, totally mean and wouldn't even try to deal with me, let alone be cordial. I told him I'm going to the credit card company and hung up.

As of 2 days ago, Virgin Mobile resolved my complaint satisfactorily.
