I'm tired.  I have been at this for hours today and over 100 hours since November 2011.  You would not believe my story if I told you because no one would take the time and abuse that I have.  I am a buess woman of 25 years, who used to be well respected in my community until VM entered my life, I have lost my job, countless clients and financial opportunities due to the fact that I cannot be reliably reached, I have spent almost $40,000.00 in my own time trying to reach them and work within their system -which is a moving target.  I have been lied to so many times I have lost count - but I have taken copious notes of every phone call made to their only CS phone number which has landed me in just about every 3rd world country in the world with $.60 hr phone staff that know nothing and can do nothing.  They are there to irritate you and wear you down.  My case against VM is no longer just between me and them.  It is a matter of protecting the American consumer from doing business with a company that has never delivered a product that resembles the product marketed.  I have offered them many opportunities to make the right and least costly decision to make me go away and I get more and more offended by each encounter I have with them.  My very last call to the *800 # given out today was the most insulting.  After over 100 hours on the phone trying to reach anyone and without fail losing my call after as much as 2 hours of effort - they have never once called me back even though I start every conversation with my full name and not one but 2 return phone numbers, I have NEVER received a return call as promised.    I am a well educated business woman with an MBA., MPA & a PhD in Public Policy so I know that there are tax funded resources for people like me.  I have already started a file with the FTC as well and the Consumer Fraud Dept of the National BBB and finally, just for fun, a claim with their favorite shipper in the US - Federal Express for Mail Fraud.  And I am just getting started.  I hope that this eventually results in the Federal action and resulting fines and banishment from our market, but a class action law suit to collect whatever might be left of their assets.    I would be happy to speak with someone more if you wish.  My cell phone for now is (((REDACTED))), my email address is (((REDACTED))) but it may be gone soon too.  I have a gmail account with an email address - [email protected].  I will always have access to this.   This is big.  I promise you and I will not give up.
