Broadband2Go broadband wireless internet service by Virgin Mobile is designed so that when you set up continuous automatic monthly credit card payments you are unable to cancel that service.  They do not have any provision on their web site to cancel service.  And, when you call any one of their telephone numbers you are told by a live operator that they can only cancel mobile telephone service, not broadband wireless service.  Then, you are a given a "broadband service number", only to be told again and again, by different live operators, that you need to call the "broadband service number".  Each time you call, the same thing happens, until you realize that they have designed their system so that it leads you in a circle so that you are unable to cancel service.  The only way to cancel is to call your credit card company and put a block on any future charges.  They have obviously designed their system, on purpose, to prevent service cancellations by their customers - fraud!
