i recently purchased a new phone fromvirgin and after found out they only give you 14 days to return phone for full refund all other no contact cellphone company give you 30days so im stuck with two distions. you see the first new phone was damaged so they sent me a new phone it two was damaged so they now will only replace with a used refurbished phone not new phone.  I only had the phone is 19 days this is unfair business practices may be illegal to. if you're a virgin mobile customer buy new phone from Amazon or Wal-Mart maybe best buy they back up products and you git a new phone not used refurbished phone and if with in their return time full refund Amazon and Wal-Mart will pay return cost. so if virgin mobile customer buy from Amazon or Wal-Mart maybe best buy don't be a victim like me. as for service virgin mobile grate no complaints

I've been a virgin mobile USA customer for years they used to be a very good reliable and trustworthy company now money means more to them than customers their fees just keep going up and up phone insurance $5.00_7.00 well other companies like M****P** (((REDACTED)))only charge $5. virgin mobile USA does not even go by there own policies .I purchased the ZTE awe I've had 7 replacements all were defective in one way or another. I return every other phone they sent to me so I could get a replacement the latest one they claim they have not got it but  the US Postal Service says it's in their hands meaning virgin mobile. its been a month I've been waiting to get a replacement they say it since they don't have the phone even though I know they have it they will not send me a replacement now I'm and danger of having my service cut offbecause their policy is if they haven't received the previous replacement by certain timethey suspend your service or cut it off altogether where you have no phone service at all.

I checked with Ripoff Reports and they have a very high complaints record as well as with the Better Business Bureau just google cell phone companies complaintsyou'll see a sign it talks about a cell phone companies and show you all the complaints on all the companies out there. Virgin Mobile has the most complaints almost 30,000 the Cummins with a list complaints other no contract companies are M****P** or c****** M****P** of the better choice so you see what virgin mobile money comes first before customers and customer service job none. you don't mean nothing to Virgin Mobile Sprint or boost but a way but just another sucker they can steal money. fromthe only one of the Sprint I would recommend the beat b**** they have a a plus rating with the Better Business Bureau but so does M****P** has an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau right now 3/31/14 .so save yourself some high blood pressure rising stress like I've went through .according to the research I've done I would recommend M****P** first c****** secondthird those and forth bottom line would be s****** t*** wireless but if shoes s******* t*** from Walmart online they have a great deal of phone in your first month service card really cheap cheaper than buying them separate always check with sites like Rip off Report and the Better Business Bureau before you deal with any company your save yourself a lot of stress like I went through buyer beware I pray that helps someone avoid the stress I went through :-):-):-)!:-)

sorryy  your so dead heated not to caire for your fellow man problems as i sead and I'll alebreate the first phone camera was damaged in,a way you might not notice ifnot analretentive so it was 12 days before i noticed the problem the second power button was damagedso i noticed right of the batt and return for a replacement both phones we're brand new phone andnow over 14 days trial pearead as i sead most no contact cellphone company give you 30days to return not virgin mobile wich should be illegal so if you're Hart so dead you can't cair you git your pleasure from insulting victims of a scammers pray you never go through this and deal with a dead harted personi was just trying to worn virgin mobile customer so t thay don't git stuck with a defective phone and heartless company ill pray you'll never go through this game they play JesusChrist bless you and yours

Are you even smart enough to know whether you like something in 30 days?  If you're not, It's likely true 14 days isn't long enough for you. It's pretty odd to receive TWO damaged NEW phones.  I think I see why they went to refurbished for you.

What is a "no contact" cellphone company?  What also are the "two distions" you're stuck with? Perhaps, the first thing you should have done was read the paperwork regarding the trial/return period.
