Viridian Energy Viridian Energy Never paid me my refund due to me for over payment. Was told I never returned my verification postcard even though I did. Was told by representative via email that I had 30 days to send the card back and I was bound by the postcard contract and I failed to respond. I DID! Connecticut Norwalk Connecticut

I DID! And I called several times. I am not sure how I am bound to a mass mailing postcard that was sent to many customers. What about the contract I signed when I originally signed up with them that states I would be refunded any overpayment.
