Visa card services bogus promotion
I signed up for this card in March this year by phone, I talked to a Chad #7139. I gave them $219.95 to start out my credit card account. They told me I would have a welcoming package in about two weeks. Two weeks went by no package, I called I talked to another rep and they told me my package takes two weeks to a month, I waited. No package! I have called, many times hearing the same thing "sorry we you have not recieved our package, I'm making a note and you will be getting it in 7 business days. Still nothing.
Now I called one week ago asked to talk to chad #7139. The male that I spoke to said "maybe I can help, if youd give me a chance, so I said I've been trying to get my card for 4 months and I am getting tired of hearing the same thing. The guy said I understand, I'm making a note here saying you are about to quit and you should get in 3-4 days, nothing!I called yesterday, asked for information such as adress, name of service, the lady would not cooperate. So here I am complaining.

I forgot to add that after I talked to the last guy I found out $99 was taken out of my account by this service, I talked to ESI the service that took the money out, the woman said it was in the contract of the credit card I'm supposed to have.
