Viscom Technology ripoff dishonest business Chaska Minnesota
No! . I too have been ripped off by Viscom Technologies. I purchased my computer in 12/2004 and began having problems in 12/2005. I purchased the 2 yr. extended warranty that turned out to be a joke. My cpu keeps shutting down every 30 minutes and can not be restarted until it cools down. Sure I could send the whole tower to be fixed, at my own expense!! Even then Viscom has no idea how long it would take before they return it to me.
I paid $2300 for the computer package and wished I would have donated the money to charity. ShopNBC has been no help to me at all, and Viscom has just been full of lies. I will never ever, ever, buy anything else from ShopNBC!!!
