Vision Financial Corp Harassment Collection Calls St. Louis Missouri
Made a payment agreement verbally and told them I would send it in and post mark date for Sept 3rd 2013.
Since then I keep receiving calls every other day on my cell phone from there recording. I have called them today and the lady whom answered wanted to go though her speah, told her to just stop there and listen to me.
Told her I don't want another call since I have an agreement, she said oh it will keep calling you until your debt is paid. Told Her in other words ---- --- !!!!

and went to collections....right? Now the collection agency is also having trouble getting paid...also right?
Then YOU claim they are Ripping YOU off.
Sounds like you may be a serial dead beat.
