visions online bill paymentis totally a joke. I've made 5 online payments vision debited my account the monies but never processed the payments for my bills. Dave held my money now for 7 days with no money going to my bills and no refund of the said monies. Customer service could not help stating it was out of their hands and that a ticket was created and that I would not know when my money will be returned except when their IT department called and stated everything was fine.

But now its been 7 days no call back customer service hung up with me because I conveyed anger that I need my money and they could not get any more answers from the IT department.. I further explained that I was over 300 miles away from home and need this money. The response was I'm sorry can't help you any further. So now I am filing and FTC complaint and are notifying my local police department. In my 8 months of service with this vision company I have had total just satisfaction. Stay away from this card it will not be worth your aggravation
