I have communicated with 4 -6 different supposed directors or whatever you call programmers, and granted, I have been tied up with keeping my business going and family to get the information you need, but promises were made and not followed thru, but you sure did take my money fast enough I use two different companies for these websites GoDaddy for e-commerce, and Ipage for My Engraving company if we are going thru this much crap with the eCommerce account I can’t even imagine what it would be like working with Ipage One of the accounts is a non for profit which I volunteer for, and the other is my personal company.
In the beginning, I told your salesperson who I had hosting these accounts, and I was told no problem then you showed up with we can’t do that and yes, you can match what we are paying now. What happens when time runs out $1200 per year or more No, I have absolutely no confidence in you or your company They demanded payment in advance
