I unfortunately, signed up for Visions in November of 2007. I believe that some of the lying, scamming, and litigation started within the next few months but I was unaware of it. I only know that they changed coaches on me 4 times and the next coach was never aware of where I was in the process. Therefore, I only got a few of the training sessions and they went through them so fast that I was often left feeling bewildered. When I tried to clarify, the coaches often made me feel like an idiot for asking questions. Through personal and financial problems, I was not able to do what they asked as I had no internet, etc. I did find a couple of houses where the people agreed to the parameters set by Visions, but they wanted me to find the money to invest! The whole reason I signed up with the company in the first place was because I knew that I would not be able to obtain money like that.
After almost a year of fruitless searching, I asked for my money back, got the runaround like many of the others and they told me I hadn't completed all the assignments so they wouldn't give me even a dime back. I would like to join the class action suit as I feel I did my best with the assignments and since I didn't earn one penny with the company, I am not about to throw away $2595. I wish I had known about this before I had signed up. Please contact Ripoff so that I can join the suit.
