I ordered Diet ZX early in August. My credit card was billed immediately for $56.00. When I did not receive my order after 5 weeks, I called and was told it would take another 2 to 3 weeks. I cancelled my order and was told my credit card would be credited. The credit was never issued and I never received the product. I have called at least 6 times, which a feat in itself because you can never get through on their 800 number. If you do get through, you can wait on hold for as long as an hour. Each time I have been told the credit would be issued. I have even been given a reference number. I have yet to see the credit. Unfortunately, I believed them when they originally told me they would give me a credit, or I could have disputed the charge on my credit card. The time has long since past that I can do that.

I also e-mailed a complaint on their website and received a response from a Jose Arguello. He also told me via e-mail and o n the telephone that he would issue my credit, but never did. Now he won't respond to my e-mail.

Don't order from them - it is a scam!!!
