Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

After placing my Grandmother on hospice, I choose Vitas, which I thought would be the best one available from a list I was given. Shortly after I began the program, the social worker was notified that I had been turned into social services (based on info. that was a lie from vultures that showed up)

I asked for proof of the allegations, and the social worker refused to co operate. A second social worker show up to the house and told me that I was turned in for yet another reason, and they began to harass my loved one on her death bed by asking her questions on a chalk board, thinking that I wouldn't be able to see what was going on.  After they determined that the allegations were false, they left us alone, and my loved one dies in peace.

After my loved ones death, I contacted the social worker through a wrangling of phone calls that were never returned and told him (Chris) that I needed to show him nanny cam, footage of the people that filed the false report against me, whom were harassing my loved ON CAMERA even though they figuted out that they were being video taped!

The social worker refused to look at the footage, even though I told him that these people were most likely doing this to others, and that they had broke into my house months later and stole my Grandmothers things. Chris told me that he was "only their for emotional support," though the emotions I expressed were ignored. How could we have been their for "emotional support" when he told me from the start it was over a complaint with protective services?!

I then contacted his boss, and she refused to do anything about her own employee, Chris harassing my loved one.  Through asking very specific questions, I got her to ADMIT through implications that she had no intentions of repremanding her employee, or calling me to give me the results!

I also documented everything that took place and the nurses kept forcing me to try and give my loved one morphine before it was necessary. One of the nurses on the phone said that morphine DID NOT cause the body to shut down, though I know better. I documented everything on paper in front of the nurses, and one of them said "you better be careful of what you are writing down on that piece of paper!"  Well, since protective services were watching me, I think it was best that I documented every little detail!  Not to mention, "my house, my rules......!"

I should have made a citizens arrest against Chris for harassment, and should have physically thrown him out of MY HOUSE!  I just hope they dont have to go through this when their loves ones die!
