I MET CHENOA SMITH IN LAS VEGAS AT A TRADE SHOW IN JANUARY. I KNEW HER NAME FROM A FRIEND OF MINE WHO WAS PROVIDING HER CREATIVE SERVICES. I REFERRED HER TO ANOTHER FRIEND OF MINE TO PROVIDE EDITORIAL SERVICES. CHENOA SMITH HAS NOT PAID EITHER OF MY ASSOCIATES WHOM SIGNED COMPLEX VENDOR AGREEMENTS. MS. SMITH USES COMPLEXITY AS A TOOL TO STONEWALL AND EVENTUALLY RIP OFF HER VENDORS.
BEFORE I WAS AWARE OF HER DECEPTION, I INTRODUCED HER TO A COMPANY I'M CONSULTING FOR. SHE CREATED ELABORATE SCHEMES ON A FAKE BUSINESS TO EARN THE CONFIDENCE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY IN ORDER TO SET THEM UP FOR A CON. FORTUNATELY I DISCOVERED HER CON AFTER MY ASSOCIATES AND ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES (A.K.A. BURNED BUT NOT BEATEN) WENT FOR MONTHS WITH OUT PAY.
I CONDUCTED AN INVESTIGATION AND DISCOVERED SHE HAD RIPPED OFF AT LEAST 35 OTHER PEOPLE. I CONFRONTED MS. SMITH ON HER CON GAME AND ASKED HER CONTROL QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE THE VERACITY OF HER STORY. SHE WAS UNTRUTHFUL WITH ME DURING THE ENTIRE INTERVIEW.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT CHENOA SMITH SETS UP FAKE COMPANIES AND HIRES OUT PEOPLE FORCING THEM TO SIGN COMPLEX CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS. AFTER MONTHS, WHEN HER VICTIM DGO WITHOUT PAY, THEY ARE FORCED TO QUIT TO FIND A NEW JOB. ONCE HER VICTIM QUITS, MS. SMITH CLAIMS THAT THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THEIR CONTRACT AND THEREFORE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY FORM OF PAY. ITS AN OLD CON GAME THAT SHE HAS TAKEN TO CYBERSPACE.
NOTICE THE RESPONSES FROM LIVE AD, VIVA AND HER OTHER ALIAS. SHE CLAIMS THOSE COMPLAINING VIOLATED THEIR AGREEMENTS, SO FORTH AND SO ON.
SHE RIPPED OFF THE COMPANY I CONSULTED FOR AN AMOUNT I CANNOT DISCLOSE, BUT IT IS A VERY LARGE SUM.
CHENOA SMITH IS A LIAR, CHEAT AND CON. AND WHEN SHE SEES THIS, SHE WILL RESPOND THROUGH LEGALESE MUMBO JUMBO AND TELL EVERYONE THAT SHES SUING ME. I CALL HER BLUFF BECAUSE IN ORDER TO SUE ME, SHE WILL HAVE TO FILE AND REVEAL HER LEGAL HOME AND BUSINESS RESIDENCE. SHE WONT BECAUSE SHE CANT BECAUSE SHES A CROOK AND DOES NOT WANT TO BE FOUND. THE LAST THING SHELL DO IS WALK INTO A COURT HOUSE WHERE SHE WILL MOST LIKELY BE SERVED HERSELF IF NOT END UP IN HAND CUFFS.

Chenoa Smith's rebuttal is nothing but pure lies and obfuscation designed to intimidate yet another person hurt by her fraud. Please check the other reports filed here by searching for "Chenoa Smith" and read the litany of identical charges filed about her by other people (myself included). Be sure to read the verbatim email written by Chenoa herself that claims she was offered "$1.5 billion" in financing and that she has a net worth of "trillions." Also, be sure to read how she responded to the first email known to openly question her business activities. Again, those emails are vverbatim. And there are hundreds more where those came from. Chenoa Smith is a fraud, pure and simple. I would LOVE for Chenoa totake legal action against myself or others. Then the truth would finally be on public record.

You will note that this individual's posting reflects no clear delineation of facts only regarding our company, its products or services, but an attempt to slander, libel and demean an individual. Per our research and records, this is a dispute that has not gone to arbitration. This individual whose name is David Cummins refuses to follow a legal process that is required in his agreements and refuses to formalize agreements. The company mentioned in this record has over 20,000 contacts in its database. Because our company has many contacts, it is assumed that some of the worst disputes and cases will not go through proper legal process, but will resort to desperate postings on the internet to resolve disputes. These tactics will only produce more legal process and extend negotiations further. Unfortunately, when a person decides to not follow through with his or her agreements or its company is not prepared to follow through with agreements then deals can fall through. In this case, the company in question Stereoscope LLC was not able to complete deals due to some unfortunate circumstances in its operations. This former contractor and employee, Mr. David Cummins, is affiliated with this company and has been shown to be the source of many problems with this company. We will add you to the list for our legal team as well since you worked with the individual who started this postings.
