My 74 yr old husband thought he ordered one concert ticket. When he saw he mistakenly ordered 4 he immediately called ViVidSeats to cancel. VividSeats said all sales are final. The credit card company refused to support us saying we were stuck because all sales were final. This mistaken order was placed on the first day of sale so Vividseats could have easily resold them. We never printed or used the tickets but have been charged over $700.
