This company is not honest. They advertise a free trial and never mention that it is a trial period and the product must be sent back within 14 days or you will be charged full price. $200 dollars later I am not happy. The ad does not state this, emails from the company never state this, nor does any paper work in the package when it arrives. I double checked everything before I ordered. This company is dishonest!

Vlamorous Scam

Responding about the rip off of Vlamorous/Aquavo. I had the same experience being charged over $230 for something I never signed up for. I would never have spent that much money on face cream. I was automatically enrolled in some autoship plan that I never agreed to. I did call the company and they refused to reimburse me. I surely feel duped on this one. Do not fall for this product, you will be sorry.

I am also a victim of this scam. I was advised to report this to the consumer complaint department of the State Attorney General for Colorado. I highly recommend everyone do this!

Vlamorous/AquaVo Scam

We also were ripped off. Don't even recall ordering the product. Called the 800 number and it took almost 30 minutes through IVR to get an RMA number (most of the recording was giving me a 'deal' to not cancel, seemed like after every prompt; "Are you sure you want to cancel. For only $$$ you can keep the product..." We received both the Vlamorous and AquaVo products in the same package with a single packing slip. Shipped both back unopened with the provided RMA.

Last week I noticed a $97 charge on my card and contacted the company. They said I needed to cancel BOTH autoship products and I only cancelled and obtained an RMA for one. Never during the IVR was I informed of this. and still maintain we have no idea how we got on their list.

Contacted my credit card company and disputed ALL the charges and had then removed.
