VLC.com Virtual Learning Center Closed with no regard for students Internet
I too lost contact with them shortly after beginning my practicum. Paid for certificate and got nothing but some heavy reading and a rip-off story.
I guess actually doing what they promised and corresponding with me about my assignments was just too much work.
