I have a unique comedy act where I perform as a Geriatric Elvis. I was thrilled to find VOGUE WIGS online sold a White Elvis Costume Wig. The first time I placed the order I received and email telling me the billing a shipping address did not match up. I have lived in the same place and used the same credit card for over 7 years. I called and gave them a new form of payment and finally got my wig only to discover that a 3 inch square section of the wig had no hair at all. Jest bare netting where the hair should be. I called to request a replacement for the defective product. I was told I could pay to ship the wig back and in 1 -2 weeks they would determine if the product was defective or not. If they did not aggree with me, instead of a replacement I would be subject to a 30% FEE. I am not about to spend more money to "Hopefully" replace their crappy product.
