I had voicestream for 4 months. I called on day to pay with a credit card. The individual proceded to bill someone in Washington state with the same name. I paid 430 for someone's phone bill. Meanwhile, they cut off my service. I called Voicestream customer service 30 times with records and transcripts of each call. I finally went to WellsFargo to reverse the charge, thank you WellsFargo. I have experienced the worst customer service in my entire life. The employees were 60% of the time very rude and callous. I was lied to on several occasions. I hope everyone who reads this report will be aware of VoiceStream's very poor product and service.
