 Passenger arrived an hour and half before flight and was not allowed on the flight because she did not arrived 3 hours before the international flight.  Volaris refused to allow her on the flight even though the flight had not departed!! Was told the ticket was lost because she was too late.  They offered no type of customer service, didn't allow the passenger to change flights or even be on standby for the next outgoing flight.  Told us that we needed to buy a new ticket!! I called and spoke to 3 arrogant agents on the Volaris customer service line and they all offered no help! When I finally was transferred to a manager the phone line just rang for 20 minutes without an answer. This company is robbing unsuspesting passengers!! My elderly grandmother was left stuck at an airport 5 hours away from home! Dont ever fly Volarism they will rip you off!!
